The Setting

The cottage is situated on a wooded point approximately 60 ft above and overlooking the lake. The point is a rock formation steep on each side but slopes gently along its length into the lake. See Photo below. There is a total of 700 ft of lake frontage on 7 acres. The rock formation extends into the lake making a natural place for swimming. There is a 8' x8' swimming raft located off the point. The cottage is approximately 7 miles from Theresa at the end of a 3.5 mile long dead end road. From the cottage itself, no other cottages can be seen. Although it is secluded, it can be reached from Theresa in 20 minutes (4 wheel drive is not necessary). It is 35 minutes from Alexandria Bay and the Thousand Islands, and 45 minutes from Watertown.
